Greetings! Ciao! Hola! Thanks for checking out my blog. It’s a sneak peek into my crazy, fun world: kinda, journaling with a camera! Oh, but who am I? I’m a photographer and artist who’s totally, I mean, TOTALLY in love with what she does! It’s so hard to call it a ‘job’-----it’s much too fun to be a job! I’m able to meet and hang out with super cool people (oh, yeah!), do wild, exciting things (woot!) and create out-of-this-world, one-of-a-kind art (rock on)! All of this from behind my lens: how super cool is that? (Thank you, God, for I am blessed!) I’m based in Titusville, Florida but, hey, I’ve traveled to faraway places for my fabulous clients (and I’ll do it again)! Please, take your time and have a look around, if you like what you see, give me a call or shoot me an email, tag me on twitter or look me up on facebook. I adore meeting new people and working on new projects (outrageously outlandish to creatively calm) and I’d love to work with you!

Candy & Stephen's Wedding on the Dune

In church this past Sunday, Pastor Wright said that God is present at all weddings, whether on the beach, in a garden or in a church-----whether the ceremony is conducted by a minister or a notary public. I have been to many weddings and I can tell you, he is right. You can feel the spiritual electricity in the air where there is such great love. And, again, it was so at Candy and Stephen's intimate wedding in the dunes on Cocoa Beach. After their ceremony, Candy's facebook simply said, "I married Mr. Right." How beautiful is that? How simple, how filled with love, that singular statement. She is right------for him, as well. Both of them, standing in the dunes, shedding tears of joy, both of them sharing heartfelt laughter, both of them promising God's gift of love to each other. Their ceremony was sweet and swift----I am so grateful to have shared in their precious promise to each other, and to their family. Together, and with their children, they promised a loving family bond, forever. It was simply-------wonderful!

Lauren & Michael's Garden Affair

Lauren & Michael's beautiful wedding was held at the home of Dr. & Mrs. Greg Aker in Titusville. A lovely affair held on the grounds of a park-like setting. Lauren and Michael were wed under a grand old oak in an intimate ceremony, surrounded by friends and family. It was fabulous! We had a wonderful time working with both of them as well as getting to know their friends and family! Thank you, Lauren and Michael for choosing us to capture this incredibly beautiful day for you! We are very blessed to be a part of it!!

Amanda and Derek's Beautiful Wedding Day

Amanda and Derek wed on Friday at Pelican Beach Clubhouse in Satellite Beach. They are an awesome couple full of joy and energy so that this day was incredibly fun! Take a look at Amanda----she is gorgeous and just as sweet as she is beautiful! She couldn't take that glowing smile off her face all day! Derek is a firefighter with the City of Longwood and Amanda's dad requested Satellite Beach Fire Department come out to the ceremony and give them a congrats with all the bells and whistles. You know what? They did! How cool is that? Firefighters who have never met coming out to do a favor for another. That is the essence of brotherhood!! A big thank you and YOU ROCK to Satellite Beach and every firefighter EVERYWHERE!

For curious Brides-to-Be:
Amanda and Derek selected our four hour coverage and the following vendors----
Occassionally Yours is owned and operated by Rev. Melissa Straub who was the officiant. I love working with Melissa! It was great to see her again!
The Pelican Beach Clubhouse in Satellite Beach
Chairs For Affairs
Liquid Karaoke from Orlando provided the music and entertainment
Flowers and Cake were from Publix
Heavy horsdoeuvre were provided by the family and timed to be brought out to the guests at regular intervals. They also had a firepit with smores at the end of the night instead of traditional favors. How cool is that? (Yeah, super cool!)
Amanda and Derek had an incredibly beautiful wedding on a very reasonable budget. It was fabulous!

This is Father Richard Pobjecky who recently retired from St. Gabriel's Episcopal Church here in Titusville. Episcopal Churches are of the most beautiful, to me. They are rich with warmth and heritage, keeping the tradition of the original buildings. Just think of all the souls who have passed through those doors for over 100 years. I want to thank Father Richard for keeping his promise that I could create a portrait of him in the Church. It was quiet a challenge to light, and I appreciate your patience and kindness. Thank you, for all you have done for so many throughout the years...

The BIG 5-0 and my FABULOUS CAMERA CAKE!

Yep! IT's ME!!!!! I had a B-Day and turned 50! I was kind of dreading it but when it happened, I found out that-----I like it! It's quite an accomplishment.....I've done so many cool things and have such a blessed life that I am glad I have enjoyed 50 years and I plan on enjoying 50 more!!! Now, take a look at this magical cake of mine! Crafted by the famous Titusville Ace of Cakes, Johnnie (from Something Sweet-----is there any place else, or anyone else-----NO!). Oh, yes, it is ALL edible and sooooooooooo incredibly delicious! You can check it out on her website where she "spot lights" me---uh, I mean, my cake. :) Isn't it awesome? She knows I am a Canon girl and Debbie (the great Titusville artist who paints like no one else) picked out images of mine and hand painted them onto sheets of fondant to create the gorgeous pictures surrounding this incredible cake. Debbie, you are the bomb-----I wish I was half the artist you are! I can't thank these lovely ladies enough for making my b-day a fun filled 50! Thanks, Johnnie for being such a great friend and such a wonderful light on this Earth! I love you!

Jennifer & Eric's Beautiful Wedding Day

I can't tell you how long I've waited to photograph this wedding! Eric is the son of a friend of mine who I use to work with in the ER: Janet. When Janet brought Jennifer to meet me, I knew I would enjoy photographing the wedding. But it was after their Engagement Session, where I learned by working with Jennifer & Eric, that this was absolutely the wedding for me! Jennifer is beautiful, bright, creative and so full of life; Eric is handsome, intelligent, strong and caring. I am so glad that I was there to share in their beginning and to capture AWESOME images for them! Jennifer and Eric were sooooo relaxed and incredibly happy (just look at their glowing faces!). They treasured every moment, realizing this day, this time would never come again. They didn't pass up a single opportunity for me to grab every unfolding minute as well as fun, beach time! Jennifer selected vibrant tropical colors-----which show up so FABULOUS in images! For those up and coming brides, here are some choices Jennifer & Eric made to create their perfect wedding day:

*Their wedding party was made up of fun, happy, loving people!

*Venue was the Crowne Plaza Oeanfront Resort. The Event Coordinator was Lauren Murphy and she assured a beautiful setting, a smoothly run ceremony and happy vendors! (Crowne Royal catered the food and wedding cake.)

*The super cool Groom's Cake was by Something Sweet of Titusville.

*Entertainment and Reception coordination was by DJ Shane (oh yeah, they ROCK!)

*Jennifer and Eric retained us for four hours. Look at all the great things we obtained in that time frame! We arrived 1 1/2 hours before the ceremony to start gathering detail shots, bride & groom portraits and shots of the exciting preparation time. After the ceremony, we had our traditional family group images and ran down to the beach for some fun!

Jennifer and Eric, I am so very, very happy for you! Thank you for choosing me to capture your beautiful wedding day! God bless you and your families!
